Salted Caramel Sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan except vanilla essence Simmer over low heat.

* Step 2

Stir continuously until slightly thickened (it takes almost 8-10 minutes) Keep in mind it will thicken more as it cools

* Step 3

Remove from the stove add vanilla essence, mix it well.

* Step 4

When completely cool, store in an air tight jar, keep refrigerated and use within 2 weeks. Enjoy Homemade Salted Caramel Sauce.
