Peri Potato Chicken Fingers

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly marinate Chicken with all the marinated ingredients, rest for 1/2 an hour.
* Step 2
Heat a pan with lil Oil, Grill marinated chicken on medium to high heat from both sides. Set aside
* Step 3
When completely cool shredded chicken and mix with boil potatoes
* Step 4
Add all the remaining seasoning (except sweet chilli sauce and sesame seeds)
Mix it well and shape it as u like (I prefer finger or stick shaped)
* Step 5
Firstly dust all in flour then in beaten egg and orange Bread Crumbs and repeat
Rest for 1/2 an hour in freezer so all coating become set
* Step 6
Shallow Fry on medium heat
* Step 7
Lastly toss all the fried fingers in Sweet Thai chilli Sauce and sprinkle Sesame seeds
* Step 8
Serves hot with Sauces and Salad
