Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Finely cut onion. Cut Bottle gourd & potatoes in same size. Blend tomatoes set aside
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan add onion, fry until golden brown, add blended tomatoes.
* Step 3
Add all seasoning & bhunofy
* Step 4
Add potatoes with little water & mix it well
* Step 5
Cover & cook until potatoes half done
* Step 6
Add bottle gourd & mix it well
* Step 8
When all done, quickly bhunofy for a minute on high heat. Turn off Stove
* Step 9
Serve hot with chapati & achar
