Chavli soak in water for 2-3 hours. Drain water. To get, sprouts tie in muslin cloth for 10-12 hours
* Step 3
In pan add oil, rai, hing. Add garlic, onions. Add chavli, haldi, mirchi powder, salt &some water.
* Step 4
Cook till done. Add sugar
