These Fresh Australian King Prawns are Deliciously Pepper Hot!

Ingredient

1 tablespoon

Cumin Seeds

1/2 tablespoon

Mustard Seeds

1/2 tablespoon

white pepper powder

1/2 tablespoon

Turmeric

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put some oil in a pan and heat up the pan, once the oil is hot, add the garlic and onions, diced chillies along the mustard seeds, cumins seeds with a little of coriander and salt to taste.

* Step 2

Keep sautΓ©ing until golden brown.

* Step 3

Once golden brown, add in the turmeric, crushed pepper and white pepper powders and mix them well. Put on the lid and let it cook for 5mins on a very low heat

* Step 4

Remove the lid and mix the cooking ingredients well.

* Step 5

Increase the heat to about medium heat and Add in the prawns and mix well

* Step 6

Put on a lid and cook for 10 mins or until the prawns change color

* Step 7

Taste the prawns and adjust the salt, pepper and add some fresh coriander leaves and cook for 2 mins

* Step 8

Remove from the stove and transfer the prawns to serving bowl.. ready to eat!

* Step 9

Serve with some fresh Rice 🍚
