Black pepper Prawns with Broccoli

I got this recipe from my mom. Now that I’mein long long way from home, so I recooked this just to get rid of that ‘homesick’ feeling.

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

15-20 mins
250 g

prawns

200 g

broccoli

150 ml

water

1 clove

garlic

1 pc

onions

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Fry the prawns until golden colored. Then let it cool for about 3-5 mins.

* Step 2

While waiting for the prawns to be cooled, chop the garlic and onion into pieces. Put a little bit oil for cooking the chopped garlic & onion.

* Step 3

Boil the broccoli until soft, then set aside.

* Step 4

After that, mix the prawns and chopped garlic, onion, and pour the water. You can start adding the sauces, salt, sugar and black pepper.

* Step 5

Add the broccoli into the pan. And, voilà! Bon appetit!
