Two types of dum alu,Punjabi, & Kashmiri .Here I have prepared punjabi dum alu.#SC4

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil potatoes, peel it,

Mash some potatoes to thicken gravy & keep some whole.

* Step 3

In pan add oil, rai.Add mashed potatoes.Saute 5.minutes.Add curd. saute 5 minutes.Add haldi, mirchi, jeera, black pepper powder.

* Step 4

Add salt,some water. Boil 5 minutes,
