Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Remove skin,& Make slices of karela. Saute 5-6 minutes in little oil.
* Step 2
Fry vertically chopped onions.
* Step 3
Dry roast dhania, jeera, kalaunji, methi, fennel seeds. Grind it.
* Step 4
In pan add 1 tb. spoon. oil, rai.Add finely chopped onion, tomato
* Step 5
Cook till soft. Add karela, haldi, mirchi powder, salt, sugar
* Step 6
Add ground powder.fried onions. Saute 4-5 minutes
