Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Steam spinach on boiling water for 5 minutes keeping lid.
* Step 2
Peel alu & mash. squeeze palak with palms,remove access water. This water you can use to knead a dough.Mix alu, palak. Add mirchi powder, salt
* Step 4
Take one small ball of dough roll it as small poori. Stuff mixture. Again roll as paratha.Roast on tawa adding oil on both sides
