Original uncle wali recipe only change is I use lemon juice instead of tatri and bring up back the bachpan and I just make the the chutni lukewarm enjoy you all from my side
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix flour and water in a small bowl to make a thick paste.
Fold empty samosa Patti into a triangular shape using the sticky flour mixture to glue it shut.
* Step 2
Now for chutney. Blend boil mashed potatoes with salt,red chilli, green chillies, Chinese salt,Tatri, imli pulp, cumin powder, food colour and warm water into paste
* Step 3
Check consistency of chutney It should not be very thick. Add more water if needed.
Then fry mini samosa into medium hot oil and serves with tangy yummy potato chutney.
