Lassi is a regional name for buttermilk, the traditional dahi-based drink in the Indian subcontinent. Lassi is a blend of yogurt, water, spices and sometimes fruit. Namkeen lassi is similar to doogh, while sweet and mango lassis are like milkshakes. Lassi may be infused with cannabis in the form of bhang. Wikipedia

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add ice cubs and yogurt to a blender, and blend on low speed for 20 – 30 seconds till frothy.
* Step 2
Add water and sugar to the yogurt and ice cube mixture and blend on low speed till well-mixed.
* Step 3
Served chilled instead of ice cubes I used ice chilled yoghurt to make my lassi more refreshing
