The internet may be flooded with a variety of detox drinks and herbal teas, but what i am suggesting is an extremely simple yet powerful herbal tea. This herbal concoction will help in kick starting your metabolism and speed up your weight loss journey. You will only need cinnamon ,ginger, ajwain (carom seeds) , saunf green tea leaves and lemon 🍋or honey🍯 to taste

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 serving

Cooking time :

20 min
5 cups

Water

1/3 tbsp

Green tea

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil water untill bubbles

* Step 2

Pour all the ingredients and boil for 5/6min

* Step 3

Turn off the flameCover with the lid fill in thermos after two to three min

* Step 4

Consume with honey 🍯 and lemon 🍋
