Shawarma is one of the favorite street food now a days there are different ways to make I made it in a simplest way let's make this at your home too 😉
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
1=White yoghurt sauce/ Tahini sauce :
Blend well alll the ingredients of thaini sauce till it become smoth paste
* Step 2
2=Doner chicken:
Mix them well.
Cook in 3-4 tbsp oil until all done.
With the help of fork mix them all
* Step 3
3= Pink Salad:
Boil 1cup water and1/4 cup vinegar add salt a pinch 1/2tsp sugar (staranies, cloves2, cinimon, bay leaf andsome black peper)add all veggies except salad leaves bring to boil and then store in a jar when cold now take out your favorite and Cut in the desired shape mix well with salad leavs

4= For Pita bread :
Easiest way to get perfect pita bread is to go and grab from market I use sufi brand 😉
* Step 5
Now start assembling.
Toast your pita then

Chilli sauce or ketchup
Salad
Chicken

Now roll wrap with butter paper or baking paper or simple paper available at home.
