I can honestly say, this is the best appetizer that I have ever made. Often, when I am creating recipes, they come from a combination of what I have left in the refrigerator. That is exactly what happened here; I had dates, whipped cream and pistachio. With those ingredients, I stuffed the dates with the whipped cream , topped with a raw almond, and pistachio So sweet, creamy, crunchy and overall yummy.
This appetizer is perfect for everyday gatherings or your holiday spread. It is ready in less than 30 minutes

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For 🍫 dates
Wash, deseed, and dry dates completely. Roast almonds and keep aside. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil on a double broiler. You can try microwave too but I don't know how well that'd work. While that's melting, stuff your dates with roasted almonds. Next, dip the stuffed dates either half way or all the way into chocolate. Once it has a good coating, move to a tray and sprinkle pistachio, coconut or your choice of nuts. Keep in the fridge. They taste best when chilled! 😋
* Step 2
For almond pitted dates
Take almonds and boil it 2 to 3 minutes and peel it. Then take pistachio and boil it 2 to 3 minutes and peel it. Take hand blender add almonds, pistachio, coconut and honey and blend it. Add some water if it required. Pour coconut mixture in dates.Then Garnish with desiccated coconut and enjoy
* Step 3
Cream filled dates
Soak dates for 2 hours; slice open each date, but don't slice in half
Spoon cream to fill date; add 1 almond in middle. Chop pistachio spinkle fresh pistachio on baked dates.
