* Step 1
Mix and marinade the ground beef with 1 minced garlic, salt, sugar, MSG, fish sauce. Then let the meat sit while you cut the hotlinks, mushrooms etc.
* Step 2
Add a teaspoon of olive oil and another glove of diced garlic into a big pan or big pot and stir until you can smell the strong aroma or the garlic has turn golden.
* Step 3
Add in the marinated ground beef and cook it. Then add in the tomato sauce, the tomato paste, chicken broth, onions, hot links, mushrooms and stir for 10-15min
