Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Drizzle chocolate syrup on the sides of 1 tall glasses and refrigerate the glasses for 10-15 minutes. This step is optional but the shake looks very pretty when poured into decorated glasses.
* Step 2
Add Oreo cookies, whole milk, vanilla extract, and vanilla ice cream to a blender and blend to make a smooth shake.
* Step 4
Pour the shake into the prepared glasses.
