Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly wash poha, add water to it. Leave for 5 mins then strain it.
* Step 2
Then take a bowl add suji n curd.
* Step 3
Then add chili flakes, salt, baking powder.
* Step 4
Then add mash poha in the mixture, mix well then make q dough.
* Step 5
Now make small balls, the hole between each ball now steam the balls for 20 mins.
* Step 6
Now take a pan, put oil on it.
* Step 7
Now add chopped onion, green chili, mustard seeds, curry leaves, saute for a minute.
* Step 8
Now add red chili powder, ketchup n mix well.
* Step 9
Now add steamed poha balls in it, add chopped coriander leaves, mix it.
