250 gms

cubed paneer

1/2 cup

Tomato

1 tbsp

Lemon Juice

1/2 Cup

Onion

1/2 tsp

salt

1 tbsp

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat the oil in a broad nonstick pan, add the paneer cubes and saute on a medium flame for 2mins while stirring occasionally or till light brown in colour. Remove and keep aside to cool.Boil the corn.

Combine all the ingredients, including the paneer in a deep b bowl and toss gently.

Serve immediately.
