Cream of broccoli soup

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
To make cream of broccoli soup, heat 1 tbsp of butter in a deep non-stick pan, add the onions,garlic cloves,almonds and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
* Step 2
Add the broccoli and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
* Step 3
Add 1½ cups of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 4 minutes or till the broccoli is cooked.
* Step 4
Keep aside the stock. Pass the solids through a sieve or blend in a mixer.
* Step 5
Put the pan back on low heat, add butter than add maida saute for 30 second,add milk in it,cook for 5 mins.
* Step 6
Now add broccoli paste,add salt n black pepper powder.
* Step 7
Add cream, simmer for two to three minutes.
* Step 8
Serve hot garnished with the blanched broccoli florets and cream.
