chat masala

1/4 tsp

cumin powder

1/4 tsp

kasuri methi

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut pav into 3 pieces.

Take a bowl,add all ingredients and mix well.

Add chopped coriander leaves.

Now make a thick paste not flowy Consistency.

Now take 1 piece pav then put besan paste on it.

* Step 6

Now take a pan, grease with oil, and put pav on it on slow flame, crisp till golden brown.

Now turn pav then put besan paste on another side, crisp till golden brown from both sides.Pav patties are ready to serve, Serve with chutney or ketchup.
