Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly, in a mortar pestle take 2-inches ginger, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, and pepper.

* Step 2

Crush into a rough paste. Keep aside.

* Step 3

In a pan take 4 cups water and add in the prepared ginger turmeric spice mix.

Mix well, boil for 5 minutes or until flavors are absorbed well Strain the kadha and add 1 tsp lemon juice.

Kadha is ready to drink.
