Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly take a kadai add oil than add garlic,chopped ginger saute it than add sliced onion, saute till translucent than add whole red chilli and cashews and salt saute it.
* Step 2
Now add chopped tomatoes saute till tomatoes soften.Now take mixer grinder and make fine paste.
* Step 3
Now in a large kadai, heat 1 tbsp butter and saute 1 bay leaf, 1 green chilli, 1 tsp kasuri methi till they aromatic.
* Step 4
Add ¼ tsp turmeric and ½ tsp chilli powder
* Step 5
Further add blended tomato-onion paste and mix well.
* Step 6
Now add ½ to 1 cup water adjusting consistency as required.
* Step 7
Furthermore, add ¼ tsp garam masala and 2 tbsp coriander leaves. mix well,add cream and mix well
* Step 8
Finally, serve restaurant-style kadai paneer gravy hot with garlic naan or chapati.
