Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly soak moong dal for 1 hour drain off the water.Now take mixer jar blend moong dal, suji,curd and some water for smooth paste.Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
* Step 2
Now add turmeric powder, salt,all veggies, cumin seeds,chopped coriander, ginger paste, red chilli powder, mix it well
* Step 3
Now heat a pan and spread oil,once the pan is hot add 1/2 tsp baking soda,2 tbsp water to the batter and mix gently. Once the batter turn frothy add mustard and sesame seeds in oil and pour 2 ladleful of batter onto the hot pan,cover and simmer of 2 min or the base are cooked well, now flip over and press gently. Make a good slit in the centre and add 1 tsp oil in the centre,simmer for a min,crisp from both side
* Step 4
Enjoy moonglet with ketchup or green chutney
