Idli Tikka
Idli Tikka is a mouth watering snack which is marinated in curd, along with spices and some vegetables, and is grilled on tawa.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl mix suji, curd and salt. Add 1/2 cup water and rest it for half an hour.
* Step 2
Now if the mixture looks dry then add some water. Mix well.
* Step 3
Now grease the idli mould with oil. Add one TSP of Eno fruit salt. Mix well. Fill the mould with batter.
* Step 4
Heat water in idli maker. Place the idli stand in idli maker. Steam for 10 minutes. Or in the microwave the idlis are made in 4-5 minutes. Take it out from the mould. Cut the idlis into cubes.
* Step 5
In a mixing bowl take curd, besan, chilli powder, garam masala,salt, mustard oil and kasuri methi. Mix well.
* Step 6
Now add cubed idlis, cubed onion, cubed capsicum and cubed tomatoes. Marinate for 20 minutes.
* Step 7
Now take 4-5 wooden skewers. Start inserting one onion, tomato, capsicum and idli. Repeat this pattern. Prepare rest of the skewers.
* Step 8
Heat a pan or tawa. Grease it with oil. Place the skewers and keep the flame medium. Apply some oil over skewers.
* Step 9
After 1-2 minute flip the skewers on each side and cook properly. Serve it with ketchup.
