Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the head and tip of bhindi. Cut into thin-slice length wise. Remove all the seeds.
* Step 2
Add all the powdered spices. Add rice flour and gram flour. Mix and coat well. Add 1-2 tsp of water. Mix well.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a pan. Fry them on medium flame. Stir. Turn them. Fry till crispy and golden in colour. Serve hot.
