Mango Ice Cream Sandesh
Delicious mango flavoured ice cream sandesh is made with very few ingredients.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the milk in a pan. After boiling add lemon juice to it. Stir well. Switch the flame off.
* Step 2
The milk will curdle within minutes. Now strain it in a muslin cloth. Wash the paneer with cold water. Hang it with kitchen tap for half an hour.
* Step 3
In a blender blend the mango and make a puree. Now in a pan add mango puree. Cook the puree for 5 minutes until it becomes thick. Switch the flame off.
* Step 4
In a blender add paneer, mango puree, condensed milk, cream, powdered sugar and mango essence. Blend and mix well. Make a thick paste.
* Step 5
Take a baking tray. Apply ghee in it. Pour the mixture into the container. Seal it with aluminium foil.
* Step 6
Take a Karahi. Pour water and boil it. Put a stand in the Karahi. Place the container on the stand. Close it with a lid. Steam it for 30 minutes.
* Step 7
Then switch the flame off. Cooldown and put the container in refrigerator for 7-8 hour.
* Step 8
Take it out from the refrigerator. Cut it into small pieces. Garnish with chopped pistachios.
