Khoba Roti
It is a thick flatbread made with whole wheat flour, carom seed and ghee.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a big bowl take whole wheat flour. Add salt, carom seed and melted ghee. Rub the flour with your fingers.
* Step 2
Add little water to knead a stiff dough. After kneading coat it with some ghee over the dough. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
* Step 3
Divide the dough in 3-4 equal balls. Roll it with some dry flour. Make a thick chapati. Make slashes with a knife on one side.
* Step 4
Flip the chapati and make a floral design with a scissor.
* Step 5
Put the chapati on warm tawa. Cook it on low flame. When it is lightly cooked flip the chapati. Cook for 2 minutes.
* Step 6
When the chapati is golden in colour apply ghee on the surface of chapati. Cook for 2 minutes. Flip it. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Take it out from Tawa. Drizzle with melted ghee. Serve it with pickle or green chutney.
