Palak Paneer
A popular Indian curry made with paneer or cottage cheese, spinach and a few spices. This rich and creamy curry goes well with roti, paratha, naan and even rice.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the palak. Blanch it in hot water for 2-3 minutes. Take it out from the pan. Put it in cold water.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan. Fry the paneer pieces. Take it out from the pan. In the same oil add cumin seeds.
* Step 3
After few second add onion, ginger, garlic. Saute for two minutes. Add chopped tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes are soft. Cool it.
* Step 4
In a blender jar make a paste of palak, onion, tomatoes, ginger and garlic.
* Step 5
Heat oil in a pan. Add whole gram masala. Saute for few second. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder.
* Step 6
Add palak puree. Stir. Cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes. Add fresh cream. Then add garam masala powder. Mix well.
* Step 7
Add paneer pieces. Cook for two minutes. Take it out from the pan.
* Step 8
Garnish with fresh cream and ginger Julienne. Serve with chapati.
