Chicken Salami Cups

These cut little salami cups that are shaped and baked in a mini muffin tray. #salami

Ingredient

chicken salami

1/2 cup

capsicum

1/2 cup

sweet corn

As required

Salt and oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a muffin tray put one tbsp of oil in each mould. Place three pieces of chicken salami in each mould. Add chopped vegetables. Then add salt, pepper powder, chilli flakes and dry parsley.

Now break eggs and pour in each mould. Sprinkle some salt, pepper powder, spring onion and chopped tomatoes.

Bake the cups at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

* Step 4

Carefully take them out and serve hot.
