Tandoori Roti
Tandoori roti is a very popular Indian flat bread recipe. Traditionally it is made in tandoor. But I made it on stove top.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl mix all the ingredients. Mix properly. Add milk and knead it. Make a soft dough. Apply some oil on the surface of the dough. Rest it for 20 minutes.
* Step 2
After 20 minutes knead the dough once again. Now make small balls from the dough.
* Step 3
Take one ball roll it into a thin roti. Apply water on one side of the roti.
* Step 4
Place it on a iron tawa and stick it. Cook for few second. Then flip the tawa over the burner. Cook it directly over the flame. After few second remove it from tawa. Apply some butter on roti and serve it with any curry.
