Posto bora| Poppy Seed Fritters
It is a popular side dish in Bengali Kitchen. It is enjoyed as a snack or with rice also.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak the poppy seeds in warm water for half an hour. After 30 minutes the poppy seeds absorb the water completely. Then grind to a coarse paste.
* Step 2
Now take it out in a bowl. Add chopped onion, green chilli, turmeric powder, salt, rice flour and all-purpose flour. Mix it well.
* Step 3
Now make small balls and flaten it. Coat it with whole poppy seeds.
* Step 4
Heat mustard oil in a pan. Shallow fry the tikkis. Serve it with sauce and salad.
