Tasty Nachos
Nachos are a maxican dish. It can be served with salsa sauce and melted cheese. This is an excellent tea time snacks.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all the ingredients and knead it with water. The dough should not be very soft or very tight. And rest it for 10- 15 minutes.
* Step 2
Make small portion from the dough. Now roll the dough ball into a thin sheet. Prick the sheet with fork.
* Step 3
Using a knife make small traingular shapes or cut the sheet into small traingles.
* Step 4
Fry the nacho chips in medium hot oil until golden in colour. Serve it with tomato salsa and melted cheese.
* Step 5
For salsa. Roast the tomatoes, garlic and onion on a pan. Peel the skin then churn these ingredients in a mixer jar with green chilli and salt. Add juice of half lemon and mix well.
