Mango shrikhand
Shrikhand is a very popular thick yoghurt. This shrikhand is flavoured with mango saffron and cardamom.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a muslin cloth pour the curd in it. Hang it for 5-6 hours.
* Step 2
From 2.5 curd we will be left with 1.5 cup curd only.
* Step 3
Take the hung curd in a bowl add sugar mango pulp and cardamom powder. Mix it properly so that we get a smooth paste and everything is mixed well.
* Step 4
Keep it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Garnish it with chopped mango and pistachio and saffron thread.
