Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil onion, cashew nut, green chilli, ginger garlic, green cardamom with water for 15 minutes. Keep aside and cool.
* Step 2
Blanch the methi leaves in boiled water for 2-3 minutes. Take it out from the pan. Put some cold water in it. Then chop the methi leaves.
* Step 3
Grind the onion mixture with half cup of curd to a smooth paste.
* Step 4
In a pan take one tbsp of butter and heat it. Add cumin seed and saute. Add pinch of turmeric powder,salt and pepper powder. Stir it. Add onion paste stir well. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add chopped methi leaves and boiled peas. Stir well. Add cream.
* Step 5
Serve hot with chapattis.
