Tahiri is one of my family's favourite lunches and dinners But We never add red chillies and turmeric powder in our rice eccept biryani. Me and my mother use to make it almost like pulao😅. But today I search on cookpad and saw the recipe of @Sadoskitchen1 and followed it in my kitchen. First time I have used chilli and turmeric powder in my rice and honestly it was delicious. I served tahiri with raita achar and salad at lunch and enjoyed a lot.
