The lentils are called the weakness of us Kashmiris 😂 lentils cooked in desi ghee topped with raw minced kebabs and desi desi ghee tarka just class apart😍😋 Turned out very scrupmtious allhamdulillah and as always my family especially Abu liked it very much.So give a twist to your regualar daal and surprise your family and guests.😇

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add meat mince to a food processor and blend properly.then add in a mixing bowl with rest of the ingredients.
* Step 2
Mix properly and keep in the fridge for 30 minutes.
* Step 3
Make kababs with oily hands. you can freeze them for upto 2 months.(I made in two sizes😂)
* Step 4
Heat desi ghee in a clay pot add whole spices and onions fry until light brown
* Step 6
Add ginger garlic and fry for 2 minutes add spices.then add soaked daal.fry for 2 to 3 minutes then add water boil it and cover it.cook on low heat for 20 to 25 minutes.then add corinader green chillies and whole spice powder.
* Step 7
Heat oil in a wok and fry all the kababs until golden brown.keep aside
* Step 8
Heat desi ghee in a pan for tarka.add cumin chillies bay leaves and garlic.fry until golden.
* Step 9
Dish out the daal in a serving dish place fried kababs on the top and pour the tarka.
* Step 10
Garnish with green chillies and coriander.Enjoy with rice or chapati.
