#Ambassador Rich and creamy Sheer Khurma is an elegant dessert often made during Eid. This vermicelli pudding is filled with lots of nuts, raisins and dates.its too hot today in lahore so i served it chilled😎😋

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

30 minutes
3 tbs

desi ghee

3/4 cup

sugar

100 ml/1/2 cup

condensed milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat half ghee in a pan on medium heat. Once hot, add the chopped nuts, raisins and dates to the pan.

* Step 2

Cook for 1-2 minutes until the nuts are fragrant and turn golden brown. The raisins will plump up. Remove the nuts from the pan and set them aside.

* Step 3

Add the remaining ghee let it melt, add the seviyan (vermicelli) and mix well. Roast the seviyan for around 3 minutes until it starts becoming light brown in color.set aside

Next add the milk to the pan and stir.add cardamoms sugar and condensed milk Increase heat to medium high and let the milk come to a boil. Once the milk comes to a boil, lower the heat to medium and let it boil for around 8 minutes.

* Step 5

After 8 minutes,add friee nuts and vermecelli into the milk and stir in between.

* Step 6

Cook until thickens on medium-low heat and then turn off the heat.Garnish with nuts and silver papepr.Serve Sheer Khurma warm or chilled.
