Usually my family like bengan aaloo or bengan with mutton but me and my mother somtimes love to have bengan with chicken😋❤ We enjoyed it with zeeea rice but it goes awesome with makhan wali roti😋
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and cut the eggplants in cubes/slices and dip in water with salt
* Step 2
Heat oil in a wok add cumin seeds and 1 cinnamon stick fry for 30 seconds then add onion
* Step 3
When onion turns light brown add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes
* Step 4
Now add in chopped tomatoes and fry for 2 minutes
* Step 5
Now add salt chilli powder and turmeric powder fry for more 2 more then cover it and let it cook for 5 minutes on a very low flame
* Step 6
Now add in chicken pieces and green chillies and fry on medium high flame for 5 to 7 minutes
* Step 7
Add eggplants mix it well cook for 2 to 3 minutes then cover it and cook for 15 to 20 minutes
* Step 8
Stir in between add crushed coriander whole spice powder and fresh coriander simmer for more 2-3 minutes
* Step 9
Turn of the flame and serve with chupri roti/rice 😍😋❤
* Step 10
I enjoyed with zeera rice😍😋
