Stuffed vegetable parathas

#boxweek14 #spiceweek_2 #cumin-(jeera) Sometimes it's one of those days when you have to finish all the little leftover vegetables in your fridge. This is how I constructively use them

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil four potatoes and half a cup of greenpeas Let it cool Mash them in a bowl Now add 2 Grated carrots 1/4th grated cauliflower 1/4th cabbage Finely chopped spring onion leaves

* Step 2

In another bowl prepare soft wheat dough adding salt and oil

Serve hot With green chutney / pickle/ curd/ Onions & lemon
