#boxweek14 #paneer What do I do when I have loads of hung curd at home and no one wants to eat shrikhand?? So here I present one more fatty fried food from my kitchen @flavours_by_hemali

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings

Cooking time :

15 mins
1 1/2 cup

hung curd

200 grams

grated paneer

2 tbsp

rice flour

1 tsp

oregano

As per taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Method Mix all the above ingredients well Refrigerate the mix for 30 minutes

* Step 2

Roll evenly into round kebabs Deep fry in Oil on a medium flame Serve hot with Spicy green chutney Sweet sour tamarind chutney

* Step 3

Cheesy Chipotle sauce!!
