Cauliflower (Gobhi) Parathas

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Keep all ingredients ready.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan. Saute onions, garlic, ginger, chilies
(I chopped all in a chopper)
Add salt.
* Step 3
Roll round chapatis from the dough. Place the filling on one side. Grate cheese over it.
* Step 4
Now fold the other half over it. Press the edges gently.
* Step 5
Roast it on both sides on a tawa on a medium flame. Use purified butter(ghee) to coat it.
* Step 6
Remove from flame. Cut into two or three pieces.
* Step 7
Serve hot with ketchup, chutney, or curd.
