Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Fry sliced onion light brown and fry dry fruits (cashew,almonds and raisins)
* Step 2
In a pan heat ghee and add whole spices,let it release its flavour then add water, salt and sugar.cover it and bring it to boil on high heat.
* Step 3
Add rice to the boiling water mix well and cover to cook still on high heat.After 5 minutes rice will soak all the water, at this point sim the heat add soaked saffron and yellow colour,fried onion and fried nuts.cover and cook for 10 minutes.
* Step 4
Irresistible and exotic Zafrani pulao is ready to serve with any Korma or curry.enjoy
