#boxweek17 #mychildhoodrecipe #bhindilove Crispy bhindi fry is very simple yet tasty recipe, this is one of my favourite dish from my childhood, after coming back from school if lunch is this crispy bhindi fry with dal and steamed rice , that day I was on cloud nine ,so without wasting any time let’s head to the kitchen and try this soul satisfying food.

Oil for fry

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a wok on high heat, deep fry bindi in 2 -3 batches with red and green chilies till golden brown.

Now fry sliced onion till golden brown.

* Step 3

Mix fried onion and fried bhindi together and sprinkle black pepper powder and salt as per taste.

Crispy bhindi fry is ready to enjoy with simple steamed rice and dal
