Schezwan fried rice is a Chinese rice preparation made with hot and spicy schezwan chilli paste. In this recipe cooked rice has been stir fried in a wok and is mixed with eggs and vegetables with schezwan sauce. This recipe is from Sichuan cuisine, one of the Chinese cuisine originating from Sichuan province.This recipe is very yummy and easy to prepare if you are bored with regular meal.so without wasting any time let’s head to the kitchen and prepare this dish 👩🏻🍳.

* Step 1
First of all beat egg in a bowl, heat pan and make scramble egg with some salt and pepper.
* Step 2
Heat a wok on high flame,add oil,further add chopped ginger,garlic and green chilli,chopped spring onion bulbs,carrots and french beans and cabbage,sauté for 1- 2 minutes.
* Step 3
Now add salt and pepper and chopped capsicum,chopped Red bell pepper and yellow bell pepper. Add all the sauce chilli,schezwan,vinegar and soy sauté for minutes.
* Step 4
Then add fried eggs mix well and add boiled rice, mix it well and add green spring onion.
* Step 5
Lip smacking Schezwan egg fried rice is ready to enjoy with friends and family
