Manchurian is a class of Indian Chinese dishes made by roughly chopped and deep frying main ingredients like chicken,cauliflower,veggies,prawns,fish,mutton or paneer and then sautéing it in a sauce flavoured with soy sauce and red chilli sauce. This is lip smacking and super yummy recipe ,so without wasting any time let’s head to kitchen and try this recipe.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add all the chopped veggies,sauce,seasoning mix well and further add cornflour and all-purpose flour mix and combine well. Rest the mixture for 10 minutes and can adjust the moisture level of veggies by adding more flour if needed.
Make small small balls from the mixture.
* Step 2
Heat oil in deep fry pan and deep fry the manchurian balls on medium heat until crispy and golden brown.fry all the manchurian balls in batches.
* Step 3
Now in another wok heat oil on high flame for making gravy sauce,add chopped onion,ginger garlic,green chilli and sauté for minutes.
* Step 4
Then add all the chopped veggies and sauce in the wok sauté for couple of minutes and add water and seasoning, bring it to boil,then add slurry of water and cornstarch bring it to boil and thick,add the manchurian balls and cook for a minute.
* Step 5
Garnish the veg manchurian with green spring onion and serve it hot to your family and friends,enjoy
