Poha/Chivda (beaten rice) -

200 grams (1 cup)

Groundnuts(peeled) -

1/2 tbsp

Chaat masala

100 grams (1/2 cup)

Oil -

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grind salt with citric acid to make a fine powder.Heat oil in a pan. Add green chilies.

* Step 2

Fry till chilies are crispy.

* Step 3

Add heeng, curry leaves and fry for 30 seconds.

* Step 4

Remove from heat.
