Caesar Salad

A Caesar salad is a green salad of lettuce and croutons dressed with lemon juice, olive oil ,garlic,Parmesan cheese, and black pepper. Ingredient

Food ration :

3-4 people

Cooking time :

10-15 minutes
1 teaspoon

olive oil

1 teaspoon

butter

2 tablespoons

mayonnaise

1 teaspoon

mix herbs

2 tablespoons

water

as per taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take one non-stick pan add olive oil and butter. Add chopped garlic and fry for one minute. Then add cubed bread and fry till it becomes little brown. Then add little parmesan cheese and after that put the flame off and keep aside.

* Step 2

Cut cucumber and lettuce leaves. Take one bowl add all the dressing ingredients mix well and keep it in the fridge.

* Step 3

Take one big salad bowl add cut lettuce leaves, cucumber and bread croutons and mix with little hands and pour dressing and enjoy this salad. This salad is very tasty.
