Gobhi (cauliflower) Masala
Simple and quick gobhi recipe which goes well with almost all curries— you can pair it with your favourite dal or rajma and you’re ready with an amazing dinner for your loved ones.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil water in a pan with salt and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder for 2-3 minutes then add gobhi and cover it for 3-4 minutes.
* Step 2
Heat heavy bottom pan. Add oil and then add ginger, green chili, and methi seeds and fry for 1 minute. After that add the remaining turmeric powder and all spices except kitchen king and dry mango powder.
* Step 3
Cover the gobhi for 3-4 minutes and after that add boiled peas and fry for another couple of minutes. After that add kitchen king and dry mango powder. Gobhi masala is ready. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and enjoy it with paratha.
