Muskmelon sorbet

Sorbet, also called "Italian ice" or "water ice" is a frozen dessert made from sugar-sweetened water with flavoring – typically fruit juice, fruit purée, wine, liqueur or honey. In this summer season it gives you refreshing taste. #summer21 #frozendesert #summerdelights #shilpitandon

Ingredient

Food ration :

2-3 people

Cooking time :

5-7 minutes + chilling time
2 cup

muskmelon

1 tsp

honey

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the melon and keep it in the fridge for 3-4 hours add honey and churn it.

* Step 2

Keep it in the fridge for 4-6 hours. After that keep it outside for 5-7 minutes and again churn it and serve it with fresh melon and enjoy it with your loved ones.
