Besan ke Ladoo

“Besan Ladoo “ all time favourite sweet in my family. Although it is easy, patience is required so that you don’t roast the ingredients too quickly. These are melt in mouth and disappear very quickly. #boxweek9 #mystryboxchallenge #shilpitandon #staysafeandhealthy

Ingredient

6-8 people

Cooking time :

30-35 minutes
2 cup

besan

1 tablespoon

suji

1 1/2 cup

sugar

1/4 cup

mix nuts

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take one heavy bottom kadai and add ghee, besan and suji and coo it until besan becomes little dark in colour.

* Step 2

Keep aside for cooling. Cut the nuts. When besan batter is slightly warm then add cardamom and sugar and make ladoo and enjoy this with your loved ones.
